I will take an order over the phone, but here's the thing....
I'm a little hard of hearing which sometimes makes it an ordeal. [Lots of loud machinery for a long time will do that]
I use a secured line virtual terminal that works exactly the same as the shopping cart [like an ATM] and is in the same place [in the bank] not on my website and not "here".
I have to go online to use the info just like you. [As I try and get what you are saying and type it all in with one finger while making no errors]

Right click links and buttons and use the menu to open 'new' pages to get around the address cloaking that "frames" does.

Look for the address header in your browser that says HTTPS.

The "S" stands for secure and uses encryption that the NSA wishes didn't exist on a direct connection to the card processing people.
It's actually safer than using your card at the grocery store because no one is looking over your shoulder and safer than a phone call because no notes or records can be left around.
"I" don't even see that stuff.

BTW

NEVER send CC info in an email unless you encrypt it.

One easy way to do that is superimpose the info as text over a photograph. [Mail scanners only see garbage]
